My Story
A Wellness journey is never linear
And It Rarely Has a Final Destination.
I began my personal health transformation in 2006, at a time when I felt disconnected from my body and unsure where to start. I had reached my highest weight. I wasn’t exercising consistently, and my diet consisted largely of fast food and what’s often called the Standard American Diet (SAD).
It was convenient. It was familiar. And as a college student working at a coffee shop, I believed it was affordable and “good enough.”
At the time, my understanding of nutrition was limited to the oversimplified advice so many women hear: “Eat less. Exercise more.”
It wasn’t nuanced. It wasn’t sustainable. And it certainly wasn’t empowering.
What I didn’t yet understand was that health is not about restriction — it’s about education, awareness, and alignment.
That realization changed everything.
That early advice led me down a familiar path — food restriction and endless cardio. It wasn’t sustainable, and while I lost weight, I felt depleted, metabolically sluggish, and far from truly strong.
It took a couple of years to lose 45 pounds, with plenty of plateaus along the way as my body adjusted to a new baseline. What finally shifted things wasn’t doing more — it was doing things differently.
I began eating more whole, home-cooked meals. I followed a couch-to-5K program that gave me small, measurable wins. Those early victories changed something deeper than my body composition — they changed my belief about what was possible.
For the first time, I thought:
Maybe my body isn’t broken.
Maybe I’m capable of becoming strong, athletic, and healthy.
That belief carried me through my first full marathon, multiple half marathons, and eventually onto the bodybuilding stage in the bikini division. I accomplished things that once felt completely out of reach.
But the real transformation wasn’t the medals or the stage.
It was learning that my body wasn’t something to punish, shrink, or fight against. It was something to understand, support, and work with.
Your body is not your enemy. It’s adaptable, resilient, and constantly communicating with you.
You don’t have to run marathons or step on a stage.
You don’t have to become an athlete.
But you can discover what your body is truly capable of when you stop battling it and start working with it — with the right knowledge, the right strategy, and the right support.
That’s where everything changes.
Through years of trial, study, and lived experience, I developed a deep understanding of physiology, metabolism, and performance — not just in theory, but in real life.
As my own health transformed, people began asking for guidance. What started as helping friends and colleagues refine their nutrition and training slowly revealed something bigger: this wasn’t just personal growth — it was a calling.
That realization led me to pursue additional education in coaching, metabolic health, and functional medicine, and in 2022, I founded Antigravity Wellness.
In 2023, I expanded my scope as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in Washington State to include hormone replacement therapy and medical weight management — bridging my clinical expertise with my passion for root-cause, whole-woman care.
In 2025, I became board-certified as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), further deepening my specialization in perimenopause and menopause care — now the cornerstone of my practice.
What began as a personal transformation evolved into a mission: to help women feel strong, informed, and empowered in their bodies at every stage of life.
Through my integrative, functional medicine approach, I guide women in creating sustainable changes that support fat loss, muscle preservation and growth, metabolic resilience, pain reduction, and meaningful improvement in chronic health conditions.
As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), I focus on identifying and addressing root causes rather than simply suppressing symptoms. Hormones, metabolism, inflammation, stress physiology — they are all connected. When we understand that connection, we can finally create a strategy that works.
My patients don’t just look different — they feel different.
More energized.
More confident.
More at home in their bodies.
Because true transformation isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about restoring clarity, strength, and long-term vitality.

I have completed advanced training tying metabolism dysregulation – from insulin resistance, to thyroid disorder, to adrenal disorder, to sex hormone disorder – to the underlying causes. By reverse engineering these, the body can heal itself. This then leads to body composition, energy, and vitality all improving drastically. This advanced training has made me far better prepared to use diet and lifestyle changes that actually reverse lifestyle diseases such as obesity, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, sexual dysfunction, mental health issues such as depression, and more. I also have advanced training in the dietary and lifestyle approaches to autoimmune disorders and gut disorders.
It’s no secret – fitness training has been proven to prevent disease, strengthen your health and improve your confidence and outlook on life. As a certified fitness trainer, I’m deeply trained in everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. So if you want to live a stronger and more confident life, I’ve got the training and the expertise to help you every step of the way.
As a Transformation Specialist I’m armed with the skills and techniques required to truly coach and influence behavioral patterns as they relate to your physical, mental and emotional well-being. You will see better results faster, and have an easier time with the transition to the behaviors and activities I suggest.
The ISSA Elite Trainer credential is awarded to accomplished ISSA Certified Trainers who have proven their competence in personal training and developed expertise in two additional areas of specialization. With scientific backing and practical application in the areas clients need help with the most, this credential proves that extensive education equals results.
Nicole really has changed the way I look at food, and my body and it is rewarding seeing the changes happen week to week. My body feels great, my skin has cleared up tremendously, my hair isn’t falling out in abnormal chunks, and the joints in my hands feel the best they have felt in over a year! I never realized how unhealthy I really was and how much my body was affected by the poor food choices I was making, but Nicole has changed that, and for her, I am forever grateful.
